Products & sizing
How do your tees fit?
They have an oversized, boxy unisex fit. The product page size chart lists garment measurements in centimetres and inches; compare them with a tee you already own. Measurements may vary by 1–1.5 cm.
What is the fabric weight?
Our T-shirts are described as 280 GSM heavyweight. For care instructions, check the product page and the care label on your garment.
Orders & payments
Where do I pay?
The bag takes you to Shopify checkout, where the available payment methods, shipping cost and final amount appear before you confirm the order.
Does adding an item to my bag reserve it?
No. Your bag is saved in your browser and is not shared with other visitors. Your purchase is complete only after successful checkout and order confirmation.
What does the saved items list do?
The saved items list lets you send us an enquiry with your contact details; it does not take a payment or create a paid Shopify order. To buy now, add a tee to your bag and complete checkout.
Delivery & aftercare
How much is shipping?
Your available shipping options and final charges are shown during checkout. Any active free-shipping offer is subject to the checkout total and eligibility shown there.
Where is my order?
Use the tracking details in your dispatch email if you have received one. Otherwise, email us with your order number and we’ll help you check its status.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Read our Returns & exchanges page for the next steps.
