What you share
If you contact us, we receive the details in your message. If you send an enquiry about saved items, we receive your name, email, phone number, delivery details and selected items so we can respond to your request. An enquiry does not itself charge you.
Orders & payment
Orders are completed through Shopify checkout, which collects the information needed to process payment, deliver your order and send confirmations. Payment information is processed by Shopify and the payment services offered at checkout; we do not ask you to enter full card details on this storefront. Review the checkout provider’s privacy notice for how it handles your information.
Saved browser information
Your bag and saved-item selections are kept in your browser’s local storage so they remain available when you return on the same device. They are not shared as a single bag among website visitors. Your browser may also store information required for site operation and checkout.
How information is used
We use information to answer requests, manage enquiries, help with orders and fulfil purchases. Information may be handled by our site hosting, order, payment and delivery providers to deliver these services. We do not need your password or full payment card number to help with an order.
Retention & your choices
We keep information for as long as needed for the request, order, legal recordkeeping or dispute resolution. You can clear locally saved bag data in your browser. To ask about, correct or request deletion of the details you sent us, email respawnedindia@gmail.com; some records may need to be retained under applicable law.
