Products & availability
We aim to describe our products and prices accurately. Colour may vary between screens and physical garments. Product availability, prices, delivery options and taxes are confirmed in the checkout before you pay. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we’ll contact you about the options available.
Orders & payments
Adding a product to your bag does not place an order or reserve stock. Payment and order confirmation happen through Shopify checkout using the payment methods offered there. Please check the order total and delivery details before confirming. Payment details are handled by the checkout and its payment provider, not entered into this website.
Saved-item enquiries
Sending an enquiry from saved items is not a paid purchase and does not guarantee allocation, price or dispatch date. We’ll contact you using the details you provide to discuss availability and next steps before any payment.
Delivery, changes & returns
Shipping charges and available delivery options are presented during checkout. If you need to change an order, contact us promptly with the order number; changes may not be possible once fulfilment begins. See our Returns & exchanges page for how to request help after delivery.
Use of this site
Use the site lawfully and do not misuse its content or services. Brand names, product artwork and other content belong to their respective rights holders and may not be reused without permission. External checkout and payment services have their own applicable terms and privacy notices.
