Email respawnedindia@gmail.com with your order number, the item, the reason for your request and photos if the product is damaged or incorrect. Contact us promptly after delivery so we can review the issue while the order details are available.
What happens next
We’ll review your request and explain the available next steps before you send anything back. Please keep the item, tags and packaging while your request is being reviewed. Don’t mail an item to an address without first receiving return instructions from us.
Refunds & exchanges
Where a return or exchange is approved, we’ll confirm the method, any pickup or shipping instructions, and how an eligible refund will be processed. The payment provider’s processing time may affect when a refund appears in your account. Your rights under applicable Indian consumer law remain unaffected.
Before ordering
Our oversized tees can fit differently from a regular tee. Compare the garment measurements in the product page size chart with a tee you already own before paying. A request sent through saved items is not a paid order; contact us if you want to change or remove it.
